A group that has believed in maintaining a technological edge, Sumax started off with basic machines and progressed to modern CNC machines.

Sumax became self-sufficient with all in-house facilities to manufacture Jigs & Fixtures, for medium size & large-scale industry requirements. It was then that customers demand for machine components led the company into component machining.

Sumax has established good machine shop floor practice in accordance with the demands for QS 9000 certification. June 2003 saw the company registered as QS- 9000 : 1998 compliant for manufacture of Precision Machined components such as Turbine housing, Planet Pinion Carriers etc.

Increasing customer requirements led Sumax to set up a new machining division. This unit caters to precision component of Turbo Charger & Automobile industries.
