• Precision (Micro) Boring Bars for finish boring applications

Usually of stub design, these are available in a wide range of sizes & shanks. Wherever practical, a tapered nose section is incorporated to increase rigidity & deter chattering. These features help minimize boring bar deflection. Combined with the fast & accurate Microbore adjustment, these result in greater accuracy, eliminate unnecessary trial cuts and reduce machine down time for tool adjustment.

• Precibore (Micro) Bore Tools:

These tools can be rapidly & accurately adjusted to precise limits by proven micrometer and vernier principle. A standard microbore unit is an assembly, composed of the cartridge, graduated dial, lock screw and washer. The Standard cartridges are available in the Brazed carbide tip & Indexable Insert version.

• Twinlip Cutter Heads for rough boring applications:

These have two cutting points which can be set to required diameters by a centering pin or presetting device. Compared to a single cutter, a rotationally symmetrical cutter arrangement enables the work rate to be doubled.

• Other Tools:

Keeping the customer requirements in mind, a wide variety of tool holders for holding different tools such as endmills, face mill cutters, drills, reamers, T-max face mills & shoulder face mills are also manufactured. These tool holders are manufactured as per different standards, to cater to the needs of various machining centres.

• Special Tools:

Special Tools as per customer requirements are manufactured to reduce the cycle times for high volume items, thereby reducing the cost of production. A multi point boring bar can be designed to accommodate multiple tools in the same boring bar, reducing the number of tool changes thereby increasing the number of operations.
